With Buddys internship one of the things he is asked to do is read biographies of missionaries who came to Namibia. The first biography that he read was of Martin Rautanen. On December 30th we had the opportunity and privilege to visit the Nakambale museum at Olukonda. Martin Rautanen come to Namibia in 1868 at age 23. He served among the ondonga people until his death, he died in 1926 here in Namibia and is buried at olukonda. It was a beautiful thing to see so much history from the 1800s well taken care of and to see the building they use to meet in as a church.
